肾衰方穴位贴敷辅助治疗维持性血液透析不安腿综合征25例临床观察

摘要
目的观察肾衰方穴位贴敷辅助治疗维持性血液透析不安腿综合征(RLS)的临床疗效。方法将50例维持性血液透析RLS患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。对照组给予维持性血液透析、滤过及常规药物对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予肾衰方穴位贴敷。2组均以4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后RLS评分。结果对照组总有效率为68.0%,治疗组为88.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后RLS评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾衰方穴位贴敷辅助治疗维持性血液透析RLS患者具有较好的临床疗效,且能显著降低患者的RLS评分,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Shenshuai Fang(肾衰方) in the adjunctive treatment of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) with restless leg syndrome(RLS).Methods Fifty cases of MHD with RLS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases in each one.The control group was given MHD,filtration and symptomatic treatment of conventional drugs,while the treatment group was given acupoint application of Shenshuai Fang on the basis of the control group.A treatment course lasted 4 weeks for each group.The clinical efficacy and RLS scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared after two courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 68.0%,that of the treatment group was 88.0%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,RLS scores of the two groups both decreased significantly,there was statistically significant difference compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,those of the treatment group decreased more significantly,there was statistically significant difference compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Shenshuai Fang in the adjunctive treatment of MHD with RLS has good clinical efficacy,and significantly decreases RLS scores of the patients,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
