摘要
为了使新能源汽车更好的运用平台化开发战略,达到有效降低开发成本和周期的目的,该文以某公司的纯电动车平台为例,根据纯电动车的产品结构特点,就总装车间的车身通过性、工艺流程及设备选型等3个方面进行了详细分析和说明,实现了总装车间高效率和柔性化的生产要求,对后续纯电动车总装工艺设计,具有一定的参考对标价值和指导借鉴作用。
        In order to better pursue of the platform developing strategy for new energy vehicles and to achieve the purposes of cost and development cycle reduction, in this paper, taking EV as an example based on a company platform, also according to product structure characteristic, we make a detailed analysis and explanation on three aspects of body passing test, process flow, and equipment selection in assembly plant to meet production requirements, such as high efficiency and flexibility. All of these will offer certain reference and guidance for designing following electric vehicle's process flow.
