摘要
ProCAST数值模拟是研究金属凝固过程的重要工具,为凝固过程中金属的微观组织、成分分布以及温度场变化提供了理论分析依据。网格划分的准确性决定了整个数值模拟结果是否正确。然而,对于曲面重合的实体模型,存在无法进行体网格划分的现象。本文讨论了基于Pro/E建模的Visual-Mesh网格划分过程。结果表明,利用Visual-Mesh对IGES文件进行编辑,可有效减少由于重合曲面的存在而无法进行体网格划分的问题,划分的网格在ProCAST中具有很好的识别度。
        ProCAST is an important tool to study the metal solidification process.It provides a theoretical analysis for the microstructure,composition distribution and temperature field of metal during solidification.The accuracy of the meshing determines whether the numerical simulation results are correct.However,the volume meshing cannot be performed for the solid model in which the surfaces coincide.This paper discusses the Visual-Mesh meshing process based on Pro/E modeling.The results show that the editing of IGES files by Visual-Mesh can effectively reduce the problem of volume meshing due to the existence of coincident surfaces.The classified meshes have good recognition in ProCAST
