基于Modbus通讯协议对ABB变频器的冷却塔控制
摘要
论述西门子S7-200系列PLC基于Modbus通讯协议对ABB变频器控制的系统集成应用。上位机使用西门子触摸屏作为人机交互接口。将控制系统状态通过Modbus通讯转送给DCS,本设计有节能环保、降低人工劳动强度,使用MODBUS通讯降低现场施工难度等优点。
This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7200 series PLC to ABB inverter control based on Modbus communication protocol. The upper computer uses Siemens touch screen as man-machine interface. The state of the control system is transferred to DCS through Modbus communication. The design has the advantages of saving energy and environmental protection, reducing labor intensity and using MODBUS communication to reduce the difficulty of field construction.
