摘要
针对传统角接触球轴承二维装配图及三维建模与实际情况不符的问题,基于SOLIDWORKS建立了更接近实际情况的三维模型,并以7005C型角接触球轴承为例进行分析,通过新的SOLIDWORKS建模方法得到的球组节圆直径和接触角与理论计算值完全相同,说明了新建模方法的正确性。
Aimed at problems in traditional 2D assembly drawing and 3D modeling of angular contact ball bearings,a 3D model suitable for actual situation is built based on SOLIDWORKS.Taking angular contact ball bearings 7005C as examples for analysis,the pitch diameter of ball set and contact angle obtained by new modeling method based on SOLIDWORKS is identical with those obtained by analytic calculation,which illustrates correctness of new modeling method.
