摘要
自2014年以来,核电和高铁共同成为我国高层的外交名片。借鉴国外企业的走出去的成功经验,对于研究落实我国核电"走出去"战略具有重要意义。本文借鉴俄罗斯土耳其项目的成功开发经验,重点结合核电行业的长建设周期、大规模投资、长运营周期、核安全国际监管、全寿期管理等特点,分析和研究核电企业走向国际市场尤其是新兴核电国家需关注的问题和挑战。
Both NPP and High-speed Rail have become China's diplomatic card since 2014.Learn from successful experience of foreign enterprises is very important for the implementation of "going out" strategy of Chinese nuclear power industry.This paper Based on an experience study of the Russian nuclear project in Turkey,this paper will focus on the question and challenges of international nuclear market especially the new emergent contries,due to the important scale of investment,the long construction period and long operation cycle,international nuclear security supervision,lifecycle management features,etc.
