摘要
目的:总结我科2014年7月~2015年12月168例气管切开术后患者的气道湿化护理经验。方法:回顾我科2014年7月~2015年12月行气管切开术的患者168例,其中男94例,女74例,年龄34-76岁。根据患者术后病情、痰液黏稠度、心理状态、个人生活习惯、家庭环境等因素,为患者提供个性化的气道湿化护理。结果:168例患者中,1例患者诉呼吸不畅;7例患者痰液中发现细小痰痂,不影响呼吸,以上8例经护理干预后均未发生气道梗阻。结论:为患者实施个性化气道湿化护理,提高了护理质量,保证了患者安全,减轻了患者负担,提高了对护理工作的满意度。
Objective:to summarize 168 cases after tracheotomy in patients with airway moist nursing experience.Methods:retrospective I division in July 2014 to December 2015 lines oftracheotomy patients 168 cases, 94 cases of male, female 74 cases, 34-76 years old.According to patients condition after operation, sputum viscosity, psychological state, personal habits, such as familyenvironment factors, to provide personalized airway moist care for patients.Results:168 cases of patients, 1 cases with v. breathing disorders;Found in 7patients with sputum tiny phlegm scabs, does notaffect the breathing, airway obstruction after nursing intervention were not happened.Conclusion:according to patients condition after operation, sputum viscosity, psychological state, personal habits, such as family environment factors, implement personalized airway moist nursing for patients, improves the nursing quality, ensure patient safety.
