固溶处理对电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金组织与性能的影响

摘要
本文通过电磁搅拌技术,制各了AZ91镁合金铸件,用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、电子万能材料试验机等设备,研究了固溶处理对电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,电磁搅拌可以提升AZ91镁合金的力学性能,在电磁力作用下,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相被细化,打断;随固溶时间的增加,电磁搅拌AZ91镁合金的伸长率及抗拉强度呈先增加后减小的趋势,在固溶36h时力学性能最好,此时伸长率和抗拉强度分别达到了8.5%和229MPa;随着固溶时间的增加,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相逐渐细化并溶解。
The AZ91 alloy was prepared by electromagnetic stirring in this paper.The effect of solution trearment of microstructure and mechanical properties of electromagnetic stirring AZ91 magnesium alloy was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),EDS and electronic universal testing machine etc.It is indicated that the Electromagnetic stirring technology can improve the mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy.And under electromagnetic force,the β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase was refined and broken.The elongation and tensile strength of electromagnetic stirring AZ91 magnesium alloy got rose and then down with the growth of solution time.The elongation and tensile strength both reached the maximum value,8.5%and 229 MPa,when the solution time was36 h.With the increase in solution time,the β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase gradually refined and dissolved.
