摘要
目的:调查青年男性群体的皮肤状况及其社会心理影响。方法:运用问卷调查125例青年男性受试者的皮肤类型、常见皮肤问题以及皮肤问题造成的社会心理压力。运用Sebumeter测试受试者面部清洁后4小时额头和脸颊的皮脂量。结果:青年男性群体的皮肤问题更多集中在皮脂和汗腺分泌相关的问题上。自评油性皮肤的受试者具有更高的皮脂量、油性皮肤问题发生率和社会心理压力。皮脂量与社会心理压力间没有显著相关性,而油性相关皮肤问题的发生率增加却导致受试者社会心理压力明显上升。结论:造成社会心理压力的是油性相关皮肤问题的发生,而非皮脂量的分泌,因此通过适当的皮肤护理降低油性相关皮肤问题的发生率,可以缓解皮肤问题造成的社会心理压力,提升生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the skin condition of young man group and its social-psychological impact..Methods:Using questionnaires to investigate the skin types,common skin problems and social-psychological stress caused by skin problems of 125 cases.Using Sebumeter to measure the sebum amount of forehead and cheek 4 hours after cleaning face.Results:The skin problems of young man group focus on the sebum and sweat gland secretion problems.The subjects self-assessed oily-skin have more sebum,occurring rate of oil-related skin problems and social-psychological stress.There were not significant correlations between sebum and social-psychological stress,but more oil-related skin problems occurring induced more social-psychological stress.Conclusion:The social-psychological stress was caused by the occurrence of oil-related skin problems,but not the sebum secretion.So to reduce the occurring of oil-related skin problems by proper skin care can relieve the social-psychological stress induced by skin problems and promote life quality.
