高效重金属离子螯合剂的合成及应用处理铜、铅和镉

以市售的胺类化合物、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠等为原料,使用有机混合溶剂作为反应介质,合成了一种重金属螯合剂(CACS-1),对其合成条件进行讨论,并应用于处理自由铜、自由铅、络合铜以及铜、铅、镉混合废水。结果表明,该螯合剂不仅能去除自由铜、铅,还能去除络合铜。对共存铜、铅、镉混合废水对铜沉淀的速度稍快于铅和镉,但均能处理达标。
A new heavy metal chelating agent(CACS-1) was synthesized using amine, carbon disulfide,sodium hydroxide as raw materials, and mixed organic solvents as reaction medium. The synthesis conditions were discussed. The CACS-1 was applied for treating wastewater containing free Cu2+, free Pb2+,and mixed Cu2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, respectively. Results showed that chelating agent removed not only free Cu2+, free Pb2+,but also chelating Cu2+ and Pb2+. The removal speed of Cu2+ was faster than that of Pb2+ and Cd2+ in mixed wastewater, however, the treated wastewater could meet discharge standard.
