摘要
本研究基于对“农村老年父母仅仅维持于基本的生活水平，有的家庭甚至只能维持基本生命保障的生活状态”的现实问题的关注，以元村家庭中子女对父母的代际转移为研究内容，采取实地调查和个案访谈的研究方法，对子女的代际转移和父母的生活状况进行描述、理解和解释，以此来探讨经济社会结构变迁背景下，农村家庭代际之间权利义务关系的错位与转变，进一步对家庭代际转移中的利他主义命题和交换主义命题等基础理论做出学术探讨和回应。
在父母生存状况和子女代际转移的现实基础之上，笔者从宏观的结构性因素和微观的个体性因素两个角度，对子女代际转移行为背后的家庭代际权利义务关系进行了双重考察，获得对父母生活状况、子女代际转移和家庭权利义务关系三者之间耦合关系的整体认知，获得对家庭权利义务关系的错位与转变的深刻理解。
本研究有以下基本结论：
第一、从宏观结构性因素的考察来看，在经济社会结构变迁的时代背景之下，随着打工经济的兴起，越来越多的年轻人外出打工，“时间经济化”的观念感染着每一个年轻人，人们的处事理念体现出较多的市场理性和交换主义逻辑。在家庭结构趋于核心化和人口出生率降低的趋势下，传统家庭养老的人口基础逐步削弱，加之慢性病向农村的蔓延，农村父母晚年的身体健康、生理和精神情感等方面都不尽如人意。随着家庭伦理观念的日益弱化，子女的利他主义理念下降，交换主义理念上升。在结构性压力的逼迫之下，父母丧失了“被赡养”的基本权利，相反承担了照料孙子女、打理家务等更多的责任和义务。与此同时，子女时刻都在维护、追求自身幸福的权利，家庭代际之间的权利义务关系发生明显错位与转变。
第二、从微观个体性因素的考察来看，依据家庭中儿子的数量，笔者将农村家庭划分为少子女家庭和多子女家庭。研究发现，在少子女家庭中，子女更多地表现出利他主义动机，个体行动更倾向于传统性行动。在多子女家庭中，子女更多地表现出交换主义动机，个体行动更倾向于目的合理性行动。从权利义务的本位考察来看，子女更多地体现出“权利本位”的思想，父母更多地体现出“义务本位”的思想。
第三、在宏观和微观考察的基础之上，笔者对家庭代际转移中的利他主义命题和交换主义命题进行类型化分析。对利他主义命题的考察认为，在少子女家庭中，子女的代际转移体现为亲情回报型利他主义行为；在多子女家庭中，子女的代际转移体现为规范义务型利他主义行为。对交换主义命题的考察认为，在多子女家庭中，子女的代际转移体现为服务互惠型交换主义行为；而在一些家庭中，无论是多子女还是少子女，子女的代际转移体现为资源获取型交换主义行为。在此基础上，在家庭生命周期视角下，笔者对家庭不同发展阶段中的子女代际转移做出“利他——交换”命题的勾勒、描述和解释。
The paper concerns some key practical problems based on "The rural elderly parentsjust to maintain the basic standard of living, some families even only in the basicsafeguard life", and regards the intergenerational transfers from children to their parents inYuan village family as the research content. The paper adopts on-the-spot investigationand the interview of case study method, to describe, understand and explain the children'sgeneration transfer and parents' life situation, so as to explore of the rural families ineconomic and social structure changes background, and further to make academic studyand response the fundamental theories of altruism proposition and exchange proposition.
On the basis of the parents’living and the children’s transfer reality, the paper arguesthe relationship between the intergenerational rights and obligations behind ofintergenerational transfer behaviors from the macro structural factors and micro individualfactors. So as to get the overall cognitive relationship of parents living conditions, childrenintergenerational transfer and family rights and obligations, to get a deep understanding ofthe dislocation and changing of rights and duties in the intergenerational
The paper has the following basic conclusions:
Firstly, from the perspective of the macro structural factors, in the transition ofeconomic and social structure background, with the rise of the “Out-working”trend, moreand more young people go out to find jobs and work, the idea of "time of economic"infects every young people, people’s behaviors and concepts reflect more and moremarket rationality and exchange socialist logic. In the trends of the core family structureand declining birth rates, the traditional family endowment of the population basegradually weakens, together with chronic diseases spread to the countryside, rural oldparents' physical health, physical and spiritual emotion are not satisfied. Along with thefamily ethic idea weakens in step, the children’s altruism idea begin to drop, exchange socialist idea begin to rise. In structural persecution stress, parents have lost the basicrights of "be support", and instead, they bear much more responsibility and obligation totake the care of grandchildren, do the housework and so on. At the same time, theirchildren are pursuit of own happiness rights, the intergenerational rights and obligationshas obvious misalignment and change.
Secondly, from the of micro individuality factors, based on the number of son in thefamily, the author divides the rural family into the little children family and many childrenfamily. Research found is, in less children family, children show more altruism motivation,individual action inclines to much traditional action. In families with many children,children show more exchange socialist motivation, individual action tend to be moreobjective rationality action. from the judge of the rights and obligations, children reflectsmore "right standard" thought, parents reflect more "obligation standard" thought.
Thirdly, on the basis of investigation in the macroscopic and microscopicperspectives, the author gets the typed analysis of altruism proposition and exchangeproposition in family intergenerational transfers. To the analysis of altruism proposition,children's transfers embodied altruistic behavior in return type affection in less childrenfamilies; In families with many children, children's transfers embodied obligationsaltruistic behavior. To the analysis of exchange proposition, children's transfers embodiedexchange behavior. Instead, In some families, no matter how little or many children, thechildren’s transfers embodied in type of exchange act access to resources. On this basis, inthe perspective of the life cycle, the paper in order to make the outline of proposition, todescribe and explain "altruism-exchange" analysis of children’s intergenerational transfersin the different development stages of family.
