面向协同生产的供应链构建系统研究与开发

摘要
本文结合国家863“面向电子商务的敏捷供需链管理”项目,为解决协同生产管理模式下的供应链构建系统相关问题,在项目研究利开发的基础上,重点针对面向协同生产的供应链构建系统建模、构建系统的功能框架、构建系统的过程管理模块实现等问题进行了研究。
     第一章绪论简要介绍了先进制造模式的发展概况和供应链管理的基本理论,分析综述了供应链构建过程的几个关键问题及其国内外研究现状,最后对论文的主要研究内容和论文的结构作了介绍了。
     第二章在分析了基于协同生产的供应链管理特点的基础上,提出了面向协同生产的供应链管理体系结构。分析了构建系统在供应链管理中的作用,建立了面向协同生产的供应链构建系统概念模型,研究建立了面向协同生产的供应链构建系统业务模型利信息模型,设计了一种面向协同生产的供应链构建系统体系结构,分析了相关的关键技术。
     第三章从面向协同生产的供应链构建系统需求分析入手,提出了软件系统的整体架构,建立了面向协同生产的供应链构建系统总体功能框架,并设计了主要模块的功能;分析了系统的数据需求,并对主要的数据库表进行了设计。
     第四章建立了面向协同生产的供应链构建过程管理模型,研究解决了几个关键问题。首先为供应链构建系统中实现不同企业应用系统中物料码的交换,研究了基于XML的物料码映射方法;提出了一种产品BOM在供应链构建过程中向供应链BOM转化的方法,建立了协同生产关系与产品结构之间联系;最后通过设计合作伙伴协同生产参数表,解决了为组织协同生产对合作伙伴的要求及协同生产参数的描述问题。
     结合国家863项目“基于电子商务的敏捷供应链管理”的研究与开发工作,完成了原型系统的开发,在第五章给出了系统的运行实例。
     第六章对全文的工作进行了总结,并指出了今后需要进一步深入研究的内容。
Based on the analysis of the research status of some important problems in supply chain establishment, the solution to supply chain establishment system for synergic production is proposed. Combined with project sponsored by the national 863 programs, some problems of supply chain establishment system for synergic production such as then model of supply chain establishment system, the function framework of software system, realization of server problems in supply chain establishment process for synergic production, etc. are studied in this dissertation.
    In chapter 1, the development of advanced manufacturing mode and some fundamental theory of supply chain management is reviewed. The research status of some key problems in supply chain establishment system for synergic production and the research necessity about these problems are analyzed. Finally, the main contents and the architecture of this paper are presented.
    Based on characteristics of supply chain management for synergic production, the architecture of this supply chain management is established. The conceptual model, processing model and information model of supply chain establishment system for synergic production is proposed. The architecture of supply chain establishment system for synergic production is discussed. Some key technologies about this architecture are shown.
    The requirements of supply chain establishment system for synergic production are analyzed. Then, the general function framework and then functions of some main modules are designed. Finally, the data requirements and the design of database are given.
    Solving some key problems of supply chain establishment process for synergic production management is the main topic of chapter4. Firstly, material code mapping method-using XML is analyzed. Secondly, the transform method of Bill of Material to supply chain BOM in supply chain establishment process is presented. The connection of relation in synergic production and production construction is established. Finally, the data content for meter list of partner production is designed.
    In chapter5, according to research of the project sponsored by the national 863 programs, the operation instances of some main modules in supply chain establishment system for synergic production are described.
    In chapter6, the whole research work of this dissertation is summarized and future research directions are concluded.
