区分性学生评价策略研究

摘要
基础教育阶段的根本任务就是无论学生之间的差异有多大,无论学生是否升学有望,都不存在该不该培养和能不能培养的问题,而只是如何培养的问题。让每一个学生的潜能都得到最充分的发现和发展,让每一个学生都具有自我发展的能力,是目前基础教育课程改革的目标,这也正是素质教育的理念。
     学生评价是对学生学习进展与行为变化的评价,是学校教育评价的核心。“为了每位学生的全面发展”的承诺,就必须改革现行的学生评价体系。本课题提出了“区分性学生评价”,并针对于评价方式与目前较为普遍运用的评价方式做一比较,真正体现出“无差生”。
     传统评价一般采用的方式是考试,即仅凭单一、狭隘的智力测验,把学生鲜活的个性抽象成一组僵硬的数字的评价方式,缺乏与真实生活的相似性,扼杀了多数学生的发展潜能。区分性学生评价目的是依据学生自身的个性发展针对评价方案量体裁衣,不同的学生指定不同的方案,针对不同能力,类型的学生采用不同的评价卷子,得出成绩不可比,比的是进步指数。让每一个学生的潜能都得到最充分的发现和发展,把改进型学生转变成完美型学生。
     本文首先介绍了区分性学生评价的研究背景、研究动机,以及学习者特征分析和具体评价量表的制定、最后在教学中的具体实施策略。
The basic assignment of Based Education of stage is that, the Teaching Evaluation is an important aspect in the Education Evaluation and it is the main part and foundation to constitute the Education Evaluation. According to the educational policy, certain teaching target and the teaching normal standards the Teaching Evaluation makes use of all the probable evaluation technique to judge the degree to carry out the teaching result and the teaching target etc. so as to improve the teaching work. The Teaching Evaluation is necessary in the teaching activity and constitutes the main part of it. The student's evaluation is an important aspect in the Teaching Evaluation. And this is the theory of quality-oriented education.
     Student Assessment is the assessment of the learning progress and behavior changes of students, is the core of school education evaluation. To make the“all-round development of each students" come true, we must reform the existing student evaluation system. The research proposed a " Differentiated Students' Evaluation strategies," and focuses on the comparison of evaluation form and the more common use of the current evaluation method, really make "No less advanced students."
     The test is the the traditional way of evaluation, that is just a single, narrow intelligence test, abstract the live personality of the students into a group of rigid evaluation of the figures, and lack of real-life similarity , stifle the majority of students to develop their potential . The purpose of differentiated evaluation between students is based on the student's own evaluation of personality development and different students is designated different options for different abilities, different types of students using the different evaluation test, that results can not be compared, the progress index is important. Let each potential student be most fully discovered and developed, and improve students into perfect type students.
     The thesis fist presents the researching background, researching motive, the feature analysis of students and the formulation of evaluation quantitative change. At last, the thesis presents the particular implement strategy in the teaching process.
