芩暴红胶囊质量评价及用3D-HPLC谱鉴别中药的研究

摘要
芩暴红胶囊处方是由中药暴马子、满山红和黄芩组成,用于止咳、平喘、消炎的复方中药。我们对芩暴红胶囊质量评价方法进行了研究,包括暴马丁香树皮组织构造及粉末鉴别;对4个产地10个批次的暴马子和3个产地10个批次的满山红分别进行了高效液相指纹图谱(HPLC-Fringerprint Spectrum,简称HPLC-FPS)分析方法研究;同时采用三维高效液相(Three Dimensional HPLC,简称3D-HPLC)谱对芩暴红胶囊进行了定性鉴别研究,并建立了高效液相色谱法测定满山红及制剂中杜鹃素含量的方法。
     运用高效液相色谱法对北豆根胶囊中山豆根碱进行了含量测定,并运用3D-HPLC谱对其进行定性鉴别。
     运用3D-HPLC谱对复方丹参片、大山楂丸、三黄片、感冒退热颗粒、双黄连颗粒和双黄连口服液等六种成药进行了定性鉴别。
     本文的研究结果为暴马子、满山红的进一步研究奠定了一定的科学基础,同时为HPLC-FPS谱和3D-HPLC谱在中药、中成药的质量控制方面的应用提供了可靠的实验依据。
Qinbaohong Capsules, composition of Syringa reticulata (Blume) Hara var. mandshurica (Maxim.) Hara, Rhododendron dauricum L. and Scutellarin baicalensis Georgi, has been used in clinic for treatment of anticough, antiphlegm and antiinflammation. Studies on the quality evaluation methods of Qinbaohong Capsules are presented in this dissertation. The main contents include study on the microscopic characteristics of Syringa reticulata (Blume) Hara var. mandshurica (Maxim.) Hara, HPLC-FPS analysis of Syringa reticulata (Blume) Hara var. mandshurica (Maxim.) Hara and Rhododendron dauricum L. from different sources, and the method for content determination of farrerol by HPLC was developed for the crude drug and preparation. In addition the identification of Qinbaohong Capsules by 3D-HPLC was carried out.
    The content of dauricine in Beidougen Capsules was determined by HPLC and the preparation was identified by 3D-HPLC .
    The identification method by 3D-HPLC was developed for Fufangdanshen Tablets,DashanzhaPills,SanhuangTablets,GanmaotuireGranules,Shuanghuanglia n Granules and Shuanghuanglian Oral liquid.
    These results can be served as basement for the further study of Syringa reticulata (Blume) Hara var. mandshurica (Maxim.) Hara and Rhododendron dauricum L.. They also afford reliable experimental basis for the application of HPLC-FPS and 3D-HPLC in quality control of Traditional Chinese medicine and Traditional Chinese patent medicine .
