摘要
中国大陆科学钻探是一项高科技、高难度的系统工程,它包括在坚硬结晶岩中进行的5000米全取心钻探、测井、录井、地球物理遥测、现场分析测试、信息管理系统、长期实验观测及多学科综合研究等,钻探工程是它的一个重要组成部分。钻进过程中有大量的信息要去收集和处理,对其收集和处理的结果要在科钻中心局域网上共享,为现场钻探专家和钻井技术人员指导生产提供必要的信息服务。由于大陆科学钻探是中国重大项目,其对钻进过程中各种信息的收集和处理要求,要远远高于其它任何一口石油探井或地质勘探孔对相关资料的要求,因此需要一个录入界面简单直观、查询界面使用方便的网络数据库,对其资料和信息进行集中的管理。在现场指挥部领导要求下,根据现场需要,本人开发了中国大陆科学钻探钻探工程网络数据库,本数据库系统融汇了现场众多钻探专家及钻井技术人员的意见,具有较强的专业性和适用性,它解决了现场钻井信息资料的处理及网络共享快速查询问题,其主要功能如下:
     (1)提供了常用钻具统计查询,即钻头、扩孔器、液动锤、螺杆及减震器的使用情况查询(回次号、起始井深、终止井深、岩心长度、纯钻进时间、取心率、使用寿命、时效等)及汇总查询(岩心总长度、总钻进时间、平均时效、总进尺等)。
     (2)提供了钻头卡片查询界面和录入界面。
     (3)开发了钻进实时记录,其查询界面具有表头和表尾固定、中间数据行可以滚动的界面风格,此外可以按回次滚动查询以往的钻进实时记录情况,同时实现了查询页面实时刷新功能,使后方钻井技术人员能够及时了解现场钻进情况,数据库录入界面采用Excel形式,实际上是Excel组件在网页上的应用,具备了Excel的大部分功能,给数据录入带来了极大的方便。
     (4)开发出了一套泥浆班报表和钻进班报表,其查询界面和录入界采用Excel形式,此外还可以对泥浆班报表按日期和班号滚动查询以往的泥浆性能。
     (5)开发出了生产施工时效分析报表,能够方便地对生产施工情况按月统计。
     (6)提供了测井数据录入和查询功能。
     为了介绍整个数据库功能的实现过程,文体分为五章,第一章绪论,首先介绍中国大陆科学钻探的意义、目标和发展现状,然后介绍了中国大陆科学钻探钻探工程网络数据库的目的和意义。第二章主要介绍中国大陆科学钻探钻探工程网络数据库的设计,首先介绍中国大陆科学钻探网络数据库的总体设计,按照总体设计,对中国大陆科学钻探资料信息作了需求分析,整个需求分析建立在现场专家意见和实际需求之上,根据需求分析的结果,对数据库系统做出了技术设计、物理设计及逻辑设计,并展开了深入的讨论,其中着重讨论了物理设计(钻具使用情况物理设计、钻进实时记录物理设计、泥浆报表物理设计、施工时效物理设计),因为它是整个设计的核心。第三章主要介绍中国大陆科学钻探钻探工程网络数据库的
    
    开发过程。在数据库实际开发之前,根据数据库所需要的功能,对数据库的开发平台和开发
    工具做出了合理的选择,其次对数据库的引擎做出了分析和选择,所选择数据库的引擎有
    ADO及RDS,本文创造性地将RDS和Exeel组件结合在一起,开发出了功能强大的Exeel
    录入和查询界面。在数据库实际开发中,本文首先对钻具使用统计分析和施工时效统计分析
    做了详细的论述,其次介绍了对数据库的基本操作,最后系统地介绍了数据库界面的开发
    其中主要讨论了普通表格的开发、Excel界面的开发及MSFlexGr记组件的应用。第四章主要
    介绍数据系统的整体应用,首先对运行数据库的服务端和客户端所需要的软件支持和硬件支
    持分别做了详细的介绍,其次对数据库的主要查询功能和数据录入功能做了具体的介绍,同
    时插入实际图片做实例,在其介绍过程中,对形式和功能基本相同的界面只介绍其一。第五
    章为结论与建议。
Being a systematic engineering of high technology, high complexity and innovation, CCSD project includes the items of complete coring of 5000 m drilled in hard crystalline rocks, well-logging, geo-logging, geophysical remote sensing, on-site analysis, drilling information management system, long-term observation laboratory and multi-disciplinary research. The drilling project is an important part of CCSD. There is a lot of information about drilling to be collected and dealt with. Those disposed data will be shared in local network, which provide drill-expert and technicians with necessary information and helps them to manage production on spot. Because CCSD is a great national project, it needs far higher quality of collecting and dealing drill data than any of exploratory oil wells or any of exploratory geological boreholes. It is necessary to construct the drilling project network database of CCSD to manage collected data and information about drilling, with a set of querying interfaces which is convenien
    t for querying and a set of inputting interface which is simple and visual. In the demand of the leaders of CCSD command, I myself developed the drilling project network database of CCSD on the base of adopting a lot of advice of drill expert and technicians about dealing with data, Which solves the problem of dealing with drill data and quickly query data in the network, So it has good serviceability in the exploration drilling. The functions of the network database are as follow:
    (l)The network database can provide the function of querying the cases of service and the result of data statistics about common drilling tools such as diamond bits, reamers, hydro-hammer -s, Navi-Motor and shock absorbers. We can know detail cases of the tools services through the network database such as run, initial depth, final depth, core Length, Working time, recovery, working efficiency . We can also know the cases of the data statistics by the network database such as total core length, total working time, average working efficiency, service time.
    (2)The network database provides querying surface and inputting surface of the bit card. (3)I have developed querying surface and inputting surface of real time drilling parameter. The head and bottom of the querying surface is fixed. We can run over the middle data of the querying surface by rolling mouse in addition, we can query former drilling parameters in the term of run by rolling mouse. By the way the data of the querying surface is refreshed at interval, which makes drill technicians know timely drilling parameters on spot. Because the inputting surface is made of Excel component, its form likes Excel's and it has main functions of Excel, it is very much convenient for us to input data in the inputting surface.
    (4)There are mud report and drilling report in the network database. The form of Its' querying surface and inputting surface likes Excel's. We can query previous mud performance according to date and class by rolling mouse.
    
    
    (5)There is construct efficiency report in the network database. It is easy for us to query the statistics of construct efficiency by month.
    (6)There are querying surface and inputting surface of logging data in the network database. To introduce the process of realizing the functions of the network database, this article is divided into five charters. The first charter is introduction. In the first place, the introduction tells us the current situation of the world continental scientific drill. Secondly the introduction tells us the current situation, aim and mean of CCSD. Finally the introduction tells us the aim and mean of the drilling project network database of CCSD. The main content of the second charter is the design of the drilling project network database of CCSD. In the first place, the charter discusses the whole design of the drilling project network database of CCSD, then the data and information of CCSD is given demand analysis which is on the base of advice of the experts on spot.
