排水管网的地理信息系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快及城市排水管网系统建设的不断推进,城市排水管网的管理也需要不断加强。目前传统的手工管理方法已难以满足城市市政现代化管理的需求,从而迫切需要设计一个能够满足城市管理规划部门、设计部门及建设部门需求的排水管网地理信息管理系统(GIS)。
     目前我国排水管网地理信息管理系统(GIS)的研究还处于空间查询数据浏览、统计分析、简单空间分析等基本功能模块的开发阶段。而进一步完善排水管网地理信息管理系统的功能,并结合不同城市的具体情况开发出具有强大水力分析与计算功能的相关排水专业模型来提高系统空间分析能力,已成为国内排水管网地理信息管理系统发展趋势
     本文以包头市和平村的排水管网的图形数据和属性数据为处理对象,在美国ESRI公司开发的Arc GIS桌面地理信息系统平台上完成了属性数据库与空间数据库的建立,进行了系统界面功能的设计,实现了排水管网数据的采集、录入、存储、编辑、实时更新、输出功能,排水管网数据库数据管理功能,限定条件查询功能,图层控制显示功能,统计归纳分析功能及缓冲区分析等空间分析功能。
     除此之外,本文还在排水管网GIS数据库基础上,对如何利用GIS数据来建立水动力学模型,以及建立地表径流和降雨入渗流模型,进行污水模拟和实现模型的验证进行了初步探讨。
Along the city urban development, and the urban sewerage networks system always built constantly, the management of the urban sewerage networks also need to be improved. Currently, so it is difficult to suffice the modern needing of the municipal management by conventional handcraft management method. Therefore , we need to build up a modern GIS information management system, which can meet with the needs of administration department design department and building department.
     Currently, the research of the sewerage networks GIS information management system in our country is in the preliminary phase of spatial inquiry, data browse, statistics analysis, simple spatial analysis. Enhancing the function of the sewerage networks GIS information management system and embodying the hydrodynamic model and other sewerage specialty model is the main development trend of the domestic sewerage networks GIS information management system, to enhance the spatial analysis capacity.
     This thesis uses the Heping village district of Baotou city graphic data and property data as processing object, property database and spatial database are established in the platform of the Arc GIS Desktop produced by ESRI and the design of system interface. We fulfilled the following functions: data collection data import data store data compile in time updating and data output ,the connection of spatial data and property data database management SQL limit condition inquire layer control display statistics summarize analysis and buffer analysis etc.
     This thesis also discusses primarily how to build the hydrodynamic model surface runoff rainfall dependent inflow & infiltration ,sewage simulation ,the calibration , and also validates the hydrodynamic model on the sewerage networks GIS database.
