摘要
在跨国公司的全球扩张中，资金运作占有重要地位，这一方面有赖于其自身资金的有效积累，另一方面则在很大程度上得益于外部市场的支持，特别是金融市场在跨国公司融资行为中的表现。本文在对世界各国跨国公司与银行关系作一定分析的基础之上，尝试从银行角度完善中国跨国企业金融服务体系，提出了中国跨国企业内部银行体系(IBS)的概念，并以博弈论为工具对IBS的规模(成员数量、资金数量)和质量作了简单分析，其中内部资本市场理论为IBS的建立提供了理论依据。文末对建立IBS所应注意的相关事项作了简单说明。
本文主要结论是：世界经济形势的不断变化使跨国公司与银行以不同方式结合得更为紧密；世界各国的金融管理模式影响并决定了各国跨国公司的资金运作方式；IBS的提出适应了上述两者的发展，有利于中国跨国企业金融服务体系的完善；由于种种变数，建立IBS的一些相关问题值得深入研究。
During the global expanding course of MNC, the operation of capital is very important. This article tries to perfect the financial service system of MNE from the angle of bank at the base of the analyses of the relation between MNE and bank, and poses the concept of Internal Bank system (IBS). This article analyses the scale (member, capital) of IBS utilizing game theory. The theory of Internal Capital Market provides the basis in theory for further research of the article.
The main conclusion of this article is: The endless variation of international economical situation makes the relation between MNE and bank more closely; The modes of international financial Management influence and finally decide the binding way of capital of MNC; IBS meets the needs of the times, and it will benefit the perfection of the financial service system of Chinese MNE; And there are many problems to in-depth research because of the existence of changes.
