旋磁场对大鼠前列腺炎模型炎症介质的影响

摘要
【目的】通过旋磁场作用于慢性前列腺炎模型炎症介质变化的实验研究,探讨旋磁场对慢性前列腺炎的作用机制,探索慢性前列腺炎治疗的新途径。
     【方法】选取36只体重500-800克的一周岁SD雄性大鼠,随机分为3组,按照魏氏法复制前列腺炎模型。完成建模后,分为对照组,不行任何处理;低磁组即每天暴露于0.2特斯拉(T),10±2 Hz的旋磁场中30min;高磁组即每天暴露于0.3特斯拉(T),10±2 Hz的旋磁场中30min。旋磁场治疗40天之后,观察光镜下前列腺组织的炎症表现和半定量免疫组化比较各组前列腺组织中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的含量变化。
     【结果】光镜下发现,低磁组的大鼠前列腺组织的炎症表现较对照组轻;高磁组的大鼠前列腺组织的炎症表现较低磁组轻。低磁组的大鼠前列腺组织中IL-6(白细胞介素-6)含量明显低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义,p< 0.05。高磁组的大鼠前列腺组织中IL-6(白细胞介素-6)含量明显低于低磁组,差别具有统计学意义,p< 0.05。高磁组的大鼠前列腺组织中IL-6(白细胞介素-6)含量明显低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义,p< 0.05。低磁组的大鼠前列腺组织中VEGF(血管内皮细胞生长因子)含量明显低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义,p< 0.05。高磁组的大鼠前列腺组织中VEGF(血管内皮细胞生长因子)含量明显低于低磁组,差别具有统计学意义,p< 0.05。高磁组的大鼠前列腺组织中VEGF(血管内皮细胞生长因子)含量明显低于对照组,差别具有统计学意义,p< 0.05。
     【结论】旋磁场对SD大鼠前列腺炎模型中炎症介质的含量有显著影响,同时减轻前列腺组织的炎性改变,提示旋磁场对前列腺炎可能存在一定的治疗作用。
【OBJECT】We take the research for the content changes of the inflammation media in the chronic prostatitis model caused by rotating magnetic field to treat of the mechanism of the affection of the rotating magnetic field to the chronic prostatitis and explore the new way to cure the chronic prostatitis.
     【METHOD】Choose 36 1-year old male SD Rats which weigh 500-800 gram and make the prostatitis models. After creating the prostatitis models following the Wei’s way, we divide all of the rats into three groups on average randomly. They are control group which will never be therapied in any way, weak magnetic group which will be exposed in the 0.2T, 10±2 Hz rotating magnetic field for 30 min per day, intense magnetic group which will be exposed in the 0.3T, 10±2 Hz rotating magnetic field for 30 min per day. After 40 days therapy of the rotating magnetic field, we observe the inflammatory changes by the microscope and analysis the content changes of the (interlukin-6) and VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) in the prostate tissue of all the groups by the semi quantitative analysis of histochemistry.
     【RESULT】The inflammatory expression in the prostate tissue of the weak magnetic group is slighter than it is in the prostate tissue of the control team. The inflammatory expression in the prostate tissue of the intense magnetic group is slighter than it is in the weak magnetic group. The content of IL-6 (interlukin-6) in the prostate tissue of the weak magnetic group is less than it is in the prostate tissue of the control magnetic group remarkably and statistically ,p<0.05. The content of IL-6 (interlukin-6) in the prostate tissue of the intense magnetic group is less than it is in the prostate tissue of the weak magnetic group remarkably and statistically, p<0.05. The content of IL-6 (interlukin-6) in the prostate tissue of the intense magnetic group is less than it is in the prostate tissue of the control group remarkably and statistically ,p<0.05.The content of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) in the prostate tissue of the weak magnetic group is less than it is in the prostate tissue of the control magnetic group remarkably and statistically,p< 0.05. The content of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) in the prostate tissue of the intense magnetic group is less than it is in the prostate tissue of the weak magnetic group remarkably and statistically,p< 0.05. The content of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) in the prostate tissue of the intense magnetic group is less than it is in the prostate tissue of the control group remarkably and statistically,p< 0.05.
     【CONCLUSION】The rotating magnetic field affects the content of the inflammatory in the SD rat prostatitis model remarkably ,and relieves the inflammation in the prostate tissue. This points out the rotating magnetic field can be helpful to therapy the prostatitis to some degree.
