乡村振兴战略下乡村旅游扶贫效应及村民满意度研究

摘要
采用发放问卷和实地访谈的方式对贵州省多地的乡村旅游示范村进行实地调研,分析乡村旅游扶贫效应及其对村民满意度的影响。运用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行信度、效度检验,然后采用主成分和因子分析法对数据进一步挖掘,运用Amos 24.0软件做结构方程模型分析。结果表明:乡村旅游扶贫的5个共性因子分别是经济效应因子、社会文化效应因子、村民参与乡村旅游意愿因子、村民对乡村旅游满意度因子、村民对政府扶贫工作满意度因子。经济效应、社会文化效应和参与意愿对村民乡村旅游满意度有显著正向的影响,村民乡村旅游满意度在村民对政府扶贫工作的满意度中具有显著正向的影响。
Based on the field survey of rural tourism demonstration villages in Guizhou Province,the first-hand data were collected by means of questionnaires and field interviews,and the poverty alleviation effect of rural tourism and its impact on villagers′ satisfaction were analyzed.SPSS 22.0 was used to test the reliability and validity of the data.Then principal component analysis and factor analysis were used to further mine the data.Amos 24.0 was used to do structural equation model analysis.The results showed that the five common factors of rural tourism poverty alleviation were economic effect factor,social and cultural effect factor,villagers′ willingness to participate in rural tourism factor,villagers′ satisfaction with rural tourism factor,villagers′ satisfaction with government poverty alleviation work factor.Economic effects,social and cultural effects and willingness to participate have a singnificantly positive impact on villagers′ satisfaction with rural tourism.Villagers′ satisfaction with rural tourism has a significant positive impact on villagers′ satisfaction with the government′s poverty alleviation work.
