摘要
在国内、外分阶段的中外合作办学模式下,学生国外求学阶段的教育管理面临着教育阵地的转换以及管理主体的变换,通过培养学生的自我调节学习能力进而促进学生的学业成绩是该阶段教育管理的主要内容,通过教学实践,提出了弱化环境突变影响、学生骨干队伍建设、学习型宿舍以及混合学习环境创建等积极的教学干预策略,有效地提高了学生的自我调节学习能力
        Education management of students studying abroad is faced with the transformation of education position and the transformation of management subject under the domestic and foreign cooperation mode. The main content of education management in this stage is to cultivate students' self-regulating learning ability and to promote their academic performance. Through the teaching practice, the authors put forward some active teaching intervention strategies, such as weakening the influence of environmental mutation, the construction of student backbone team, the creation of learning dormitory and blended learning environment.It can effectively improve the students' self-regulated learning ability.
