微胶囊冷拌沥青修补料的制备及其性能研究

摘要
冷拌沥青修补料主要用于冬季坑槽的修补,在应用中发现坑槽修补后常常出现二次病害。采用脲醛树脂为囊壁,沥青再生剂为囊芯材料,经合成得到改性微胶囊,将其加入到沥青冷补料中,能够提高沥青的自修复性能。制备的微胶囊性能稳定,粒径分布均匀,制备的微胶囊改性沥青愈合率达34.6%,微胶囊冷拌修补料的路用性能满足规范要求。
        Cold-mix asphalt repairing materials are mainly used for pothole repair in winter. It is found in application that secondary diseases frequently happen after pothole repair. The modified microcapsule was synthesized by using urea resin as capsule wall and asphalt regenerant as capsule core material, which was added to asphalt cold filling materials with the ability to improve self-repairing performance of asphalt. The microcapsule prepared in this paper had stable performance, the healing rate of microcapsule modified asphalt prepared by uniform particle size distribution reached 34.6%, and the pavement performance of microcapsule cold-mix repairing materials could meet the standard requirements.
