摘要
结合陕西某公司600 kt/a甲醇装置的运行实际,分析了污水总排放口总磷浓度超标的主要原因,如气化灰水处理工序、循环水站、脱盐水站、中水回用站等均使用了含磷分散剂和含磷阻垢剂,并提出相应的调控措施或更换无磷药剂等。
        Based on the actual operation of a 600 kt/a methanol plant of a company based in Shanxi province,main causes for excessive total phosphorus content in the discharge port of waste water are analyzed. For example,phosphorus-containing dispersant and phosphorus-containing scale inhibitor are used in the gasification gray water treatment section,cooling water station,demineralized water station,and neutral water recycle station,among others.Control measures are proposed,or change to phosphorus-free agents.
