基于产品数字孪生模型的产品信息测度研究

摘要
针对产品数字孪生模型中如何进行有效的信息测度问题,提出基于产品数字孪生模型的信息测度框架,并运用信息熵理论建立物理产品与虚拟产品之间的信息测度方法,分析产品供应链各相关方的评价型信息差异及物理产品和虚拟产品之间的信息传递。以动车车轴为例,验证了所建模型和方法的有效性。研究结论可以为产品数字孪生模型运用于产品形成各环节的信息一致性提供理论依据。
        In order to solve the problem of effective information measure in product digital twinning model,an information measure framework based on product digital twinning model is proposed. The information entropy theory is used to establish the information measure method between physical product and virtual product,analyze the difference of the evaluation information between the relevant parties in the product supply chain and the information transmission between physical product and virtual product.. Taking the axle of the motor car as an example,the validity of the model and method was verified. The research conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for the information consistency of the product digital twinning model applied in all aspects of product formation.
