摘要
习近平同志的"两山论"论述具有时代性和辩证性,对生态文明建设具有重要的指导意义。生态环境竞争力包括了一个地区生态环境的天然优势、生态环境的后天建设成就以及生态环境优势向其他优势的转化能力。基于"两山论"视域,对区域生态环境竞争力进行更为全面的分析,必须将宝贵的生态资产及其生态红利、人与自然间的生命共同体构建,生态环境资源的价值认识及其增值、生态环境资源的开发限制与价值实现、生态环境价值的多元性(经济价值、生态价值、社会价值和文化价值等)、生态产品的公共性与价值补偿等因素纳入视野。
        President Xi Jinping's exposition of "Two Mountain Theory",abbreviated from the "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. "is epochal and dialectical,which has important guiding significance for the construction of ecological civilization. The competitiveness of ecological environment includes the natural advantages of the local ecological environment,the acquired achievements of ecological environment construction and the ability to transform ecological environment advantages into other advantages. In order to achieve a comprehensive analysis of the ecological environmental competitiveness of a region based on the "Two Mountain Theory",we should take into consideration the following factors: valuable ecological assets and their ecological dividends; the construction of life community between man and nature; the value recognition and appreciation of ecological resources; the development restriction and value realization of ecological resources; the multiple value of ecological environment( economic value,ecological value,social value and cultural value);and the publicity of ecological products and value compensation.
