基于“互联网+”的非学历继续教育培训模式探析

摘要
随着时代的发展、社会的进步,现代社会提倡终身学习、终身教育,非学历继续教育已不再仅仅是学历教育的补充,而是实现教育公平、满足个人需求、适应社会发展的不可缺少的部分。在"互联网+教育"不断普及的今天,基于"互联网+"的非学历继续教育培训模式呈现出多元化、多样化、社会化、实时化的发展态势,对培训环境、培训条件、培训质量和效果提出了新的要求。
With the development of the times and the progress of the society, modern society advocates lifelong learning and lifelong education. Non-degree continuing education is no longer just a supplement to academic education, but an indispensable part of realizing education fairness, meeting individual needs, and adapting to social development. With the increasing popularity of "Internet + education", the model of non-degree continuing education and training based on "Internet +" has shown a trend of pluralism, diversification, socialization and real-time development. New requirements have been put forward for the training environment, training conditions, training quality and effectiveness.
