摘要
以某医疗船用Ⅲ级洁净手术室为研究对象,采用CFD数值仿真技术,研究了手术室内的污染物浓度、速度场分布、空气扩散性能指标、污染物去除效能等分布特性。针对工程中遇到的大小送风量两种情况,综合考虑人体发热量和房间发尘量,对小风量工况无法满足现有洁净度要求的不足提出了优化设计方案,为后续的工程应用提供了指导建议。
Taking ship's Grade-III clean operating room as the research objective, this paper adopts CFD numerical techniques and studies the air pollutant concentration, velocity distribution, air diffusion performance index and contaminant removal effectiveness. The paper considers both typical large and small air volume conditions, and proposes the optimization measures under the small air volume condition that can't meet the cleanliness requirement of Grade-III clean operating room. The methods provide advice for the engineering application.
