从中国古代疫情探讨戊戌年慢性肝病的防治规律

摘要
丰富的中国历史文献为研究我国传统中医学创造了极为有利的条件。运气学说是中医学最重要的基础理论之一,它是古人用以推测气候变化、预测疾病盛衰的重要医学遗产,对中医疾病诊断与治疗乃至养生保健,都有着积极意义和重要影响。文章在文献研究的基础上,通过运用运气学说对历代戊戌年疫病情况进行分析,推演戊戌年运气特点,并结合慢性肝病的病机,探讨戊戌年慢性肝病的防治规律,以期为2018年慢性肝病的中医药诊治及养生调护提供参考。
The rich Chinese historical literature has created extremely favorable conditions for the study of traditional Chinese medicine.Doctrine on yunqi is one of the most important basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is a copy of precious medical legacy for the ancients to conjecture the climatic change,predict the vicissitude of many diseases and guide for disease diagnosis and treatment nursing.Based the research on the literature of ancient Chinese infectious diseases,this article has a discussion on the characteristics of yunqi in Wuxu year,also exploration of TCM diagnostic and therapeutic regularities to chronic hepatopathy,for the purpose of providing a better foundation for the TCM diagnostic,therapeutic and health care of chronic hepatopathy in 2018,the year of Wuxu.
