经济犯罪侦查专业课教学法探究

摘要
经济犯罪侦查专业课教学法探究的考量因素应包括:目标定位、课程设置、教学内容,该三因素影响决定经侦专业课教学法的构建与选择,经侦专业课教学应形成立体复合化的教学方法,即讲授与讨论结合,模拟与真案融合,理论与实训一体,课堂与翻转课堂互补等。完善经侦教学管理,教学管理科学化;加强经侦师资建设,教学团队优质化;开展经侦校局合作,教学资源合成化等,是经济犯罪侦查专业课教学法实现的有效路径。
The exploration of pedagogy of professional courses for economic crime investigation major should consider the following three factors: target orientation, curriculum setting, and teaching content, which influence the construction and choice of teaching. The teaching should adopt three-dimensional and complex way, that is, mixture of lecture and dis-cussion, combination of simulation and real case, integrate of theory and practice, complementation of tradition class and flipped class. Some effective ways are suggested: managing teaching scientifically, strengthening construction of teaching staff, and cooperate with police bureau.
