摘要
以体脂率作为肥胖的判断标准,探讨腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、腰身比(WSR)、身体质量指数(BMI)、身体肥胖指数(BAI)作为评价中国西双版纳地区三个民族肥胖标准的可行性,比较几种指标的预测效果优劣。研究对象为18~80岁的云南省西双版纳傣族自治州少数民族成人1311例,测试身高、体重、腰围、臀围指标,计算BMI、WHR、WSR、BAI、PBF,并将各指标分别与体脂率进行相关分析和受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析。在用WC、WHR、WSR、BMI、BAI对云南西双版纳三个民族成年人的肥胖预测中,回归分析和ROC分析均表明BMI的预测效果最好,其次是WC,WSR,BAI和WHR。BMI指标以体脂率为标准可较好地评价肥胖。
        To discuse the feasibility of using WC,WHR,WSR,BMI and BAI as a standard of adult obesity in southwest Chinese based on PBF standard for obesity,and to compare these several indicators. 1311 adults aged 18-80 years were selected and the stature,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference were measured,and BMI,WHR,WSR,BAI,PBF were calculated. The indexes were analyzed with body fat rate by correlation analysis and the receiver operating characteristic curve( ROC). In the prediction of the obesity of minority adults of Xishuangbanna in Yunnan by using WC,WHR,WSR,BMI and BAI,regression analysis and ROC analysis showed that the prediction effect of BMI was the best,followed by WC,WSR,BAI and WHR. BMI index can be used to evaluate obesity with the standard of percent body fat.
