自粘热塑性聚烯烃防水卷材性能影响因素分析

摘要
通过试验对比研究了热塑性弹性体用量对自粘TPO卷材力学性能和剥离强度的影响,探讨了接枝改性聚烯烃用量对自粘TPO卷材力学性能及与铝板间剥离强度的影响,并分析了自粘胶料外观色度和透明度对自粘TPO卷材剥离强度的影响。结果表明:当热塑性弹性体占比为55%时,防水卷材的力学性能和剥离强度等综合性能最佳;接枝改性料能适当增加防水卷材的力学强度和抗剥离性;自粘胶料外观色度增加,透明度变差,防水卷材的剥离强度降低。
        Through experimental comparison, the article studies the influences of thermoplastic elastomer dosage on the mechanical property and peeling strength of self-adhesive TPO membrane. It also probes into the influences of graft modified polyolefin dosage on the mechanical property and peeling strength with aluminum plate of TPO membrane and analyzes the impacts of the appearance chrominance and transparency of self-adhesive compound on the peeling strength of TPO membrane.Results show: when thermoplastic elastomer accounts for 55%, the mechanical property, peeling strength and other overall performances of waterproofing membrane are the best; graft modified material can improve the mechanical property and peeling strength of waterproofing membrane appropriately; when the appearance chrominance of self-adhesive compound increases and transparency decreases, the peeling strength of waterproofing membrane is reduced.
