摘要

新时代如何通过科技服务协同创新平台建设来促进中小微企业发展,对增加就业机会,推动科技进步与技术创新,促进地方经济升级转型、提高区域创新水平,维护社会稳定有重要的现实意义。中介服务机构能够起到"穿针引线、架桥铺路"的作用。本研究着重介绍了浙江省科技服务协同创新平台建新理念、发展态势、平台建设成效经验及对策。
        In the new era,how to promote the development of medium,small and micro businesses through the construction of science and technology service collaborative innovation platform is of great practical significance for increasing employment opportunities,promoting scientific and echnological progress and technological innovation,promoting local economic upgrading and transformation,improving regional innovation level and maintaining social stability.Intermediary service agencies can play the role of"threading the needle and laying a bridge",which is conducive to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This study focuses on introducing the new concept,development situation,effective experience and countermeasures of the platform construction of zhejiang province scientific and technological service collaborative innovation platform.
