大学生应对方式调查及其与五态人格相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨大学生应对方式与五态人格的相关关系。方法:采用应对方式问卷和中医五态人格测验量表对214名某高校大学生进行问卷调查,取得数据后使用SPSS 17.0软件包进行统计分析。结果:大学生应对方式比较积极成熟且与性别、是否为独生子女有关;应对方式与五态人格各维度具有相关性,太阳人格与解决问题呈正相关(P<0.05);少阳人格与求助和解决问题呈正相关(P<0.05);阴阳平和人格与解决问题呈正相关(P<0.05),与自责呈负相关(P<0.05);太阴人格与解决问题、求助呈负相关(P<0.05),与合理化、退避、幻想和自责呈正相关(P<0.05);少阴人格与合理化、退避、自责和解决问题呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:大学生应对方式比较积极成熟,且与性别、是否独生及中医五态人格有关。
Objective:To explore the relationship between coping styles and five-state personality of university students. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 214 university students by coping style questionnaire and Chinese medicine five-state personality test scale. After obtaining the data,SPSS 17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. Results:University students' coping styles were more mature and related to gender and whether they were only children. Coping styles were related to the five-state personality,and Taiyang personality was positively correlated with problem solving(P< 0.05). Shaoyang personality was positively correlated with help-seeking and problem solving(P< 0.05). Yin-yang balance personality was positively correlated with problem solving(P< 0.05),and negatively correlated with self-blame(P< 0.05). Taiyin personality was negatively correlated with problem solving and help-seeking(P< 0.05) and positively correlated with rationalization,retreat,fantasy and self-blame(P< 0.05). Shaoyin personality was positively correlated with rationalization,retreat,self-blame and problem solving(P< 0.05). Conclusion:The coping style of university students is more mature and it is related to gender,whether they are only child and the five-state personality of Chinese medicine.
