浅议高校校办企业领域治理存在的问题及对策

摘要
高校开展重点领域治理,是高校贯彻全面从严治党的重要体现,也是保障高校科学健康发展的必然要求。校办企业作为治理的重点领域之一,近年来各高校已经开展多项措施进行治理,但是仍然存在校企剥离不充分、管理制度不健全、主体责任与监督责任落实不到位等问题。深化校办企业领域治理,需加强党风廉政主体责任落实,分类推进校办企业改革,完善现代企业管理制度。
It is an important embodiment of the university to carry out the comprehensive and strict Party discipline and the inevitable requirement to guarantee the development of science and health in colleges and universities.School-run enterprises as one of the key areas of governance,in recent years universities have carried out a number of measures to control,but there are still insufficient university-enterprise stripping,imperfect management system,the main body responsibility and supervision responsibility implementation does not reach the designated position,etc.To deepen the governance of the school enterprise,we need to strengthen the implementation of the responsibility of the P arty's clean government,promote the reform of the school-run enterprises,and improve the modern enterprise management system.
