公安派出所刑事侦查活动之检察监督机制

摘要
提高公安派出所刑事侦查活动的水平与规范化,切实履行侦查活动监督职责,需要检察机关进一步完善对公安派出所刑事侦查活动的监督机制,提高监督水平,适应人民群众对公平正义的更高要求。文章从检察机关对公安派出所侦查活动监督的必要性、监督的范围、途径、形式等方面进行研究,深挖监督过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,以期对具体实践应用有所裨益。
To improve the level and standardization of criminal investigation activities in public security police stations and effectively perform supervision duties of investigation activities,procuratorial organs should further improve the supervision mechanism for criminal investigation activities of public security police stations and improve their supervision level so as to adapt to the people's higher requirements for fairness and justice. The authors conduct a research on the necessity,scope,ways and forms of supervision by procuratorial organs to public security police stations' investigation activities,deeply excavate the problems in the supervision process,and propose corresponding countermeasures,hoping to benefit specific practical applications.
