基于教学管理与评价的路基工程教学改革探讨

摘要
路基工程》课程是土木工程专业本科教育的核心课程,针对目前课程教学效果不理想的现状,从《路基工程》课程特点和新时代下土木行业用人需求出发,聚焦本科教育中的教学管理和评价两个关键环节,分析了出现教学问题的原因,并从教师与学生角色转变、学生学习态度的培养、课程教学内容改进、引入课堂第三群体和课程考核五个方面提出课程教学改进措施,期望促进该专业课程教学水平及教学效果的整体提升。
        Roadbed Engineering is the core course of undergraduate education in civil engineering specialty.In view of the unsatisfactory teaching effect at present,this paper starts from the characteristics of Roadbed Engineering course and the employment needs of civil industry in the new era.Focusing on the two key links of teaching management and evaluation in undergraduate education,this paper analyses the causes of teaching problems.It also puts forward the teaching improvement measures from five aspects:the change of teachers' and students' roles,the cultivation of students' learning attitudes,the improvement of teaching content,the introduction of the third group in the classroom and the assessment of the curriculum,hoping to promote the overall improvement of the teaching level and the teaching effect of this major.
