中医综合方案改善智力低下患儿智力水平及社会适应行为能力

摘要
目的:观察口服聪脑益智胶囊结合益智开窍针刺法、穴位埋线、穴位注射等中医综合疗法,在改善智力低下患儿智力水平及社会适应行为能力方面的临床疗效,探寻治疗智力低下患儿的有效方法。方法:将65例智力低下患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组32例给予符号形式及指示内容关系训练、文字训练、交流训练、注意力训练、游戏训练,实物训练、生活自理能力训练以及启智教育;治疗组33例在对照组治疗的基础上,给予聪脑益智胶囊口服、针刺、穴位埋线、穴位注射疗法。两组均以3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后对两组患儿进行智力商数(intelligence quotient,IQ)及适应能力商数(adaptability quotient,ADQ)评估。结果:两组患儿IQ各指标治疗前后差值比较,总IQ差值比较(t=2. 91,P <0. 05);操作商差值比较(t=2. 31,P <0. 05);语言商差值比较(t=3. 01,P <0. 01),两组患儿各指标差值比较,差异均有统计学意义。两组患儿ADQ各指标治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2. 76,P <0. 01)。两组总体疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6. 5,P <0. 05)。结论:应用中药、针灸、穴位埋线、穴位注射等中医综合方法结合现代康复治疗本病,能够有效改善其智力水平以及社会适应行为能力。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of oral Congnao Yizhi Capsule combined with acupuncture method of acupuncture,acupoint embedding and acupoint injection,in improving the intelligence level and social adaptability of children with mental retardation and to find an effective method for children with mental retardation. Methods: 65 children with mental retardation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the control group,32 cases were given symbolic form and instruction content relationship training,text training,communication training,attention training,game training,physical training,self-care ability training and intellectual education; 33 patients in the treatment group were given Congnao Yizhi Capsules orally,acupuncture,acupoint embedding,and acupoint injection therapy in addition to that of the control group. Both groups took 3 months as a course of treatment. Before and after treatment,the two groups of children were assessed in intelligence quotient( IQ) and adaptability quotient( ADQ). Results: Differences in IQ scores,total IQ difference( t = 2. 91,P < 0. 05),operator difference( t =2. 31,P < 0. 05),language quotient( t = 3. 01,P < 0. 01) between the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the differences were statistically significant. The differences between the two groups of ADQ indicators before and after treatment were statistically significant( t = 2. 76,P < 0. 01). The overall efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant( χ2= 6. 5,P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,acupoint embedding,acupoint injection and other traditional Chinese medicine methods combined with modern rehabilitation treatment of this disease can effectively improve patients' intelligence level and social adaptability.
