原发性肺淋巴瘤的MSCT表现

摘要
目的分析原发性肺淋巴瘤(PPL)的CT表现,以提高诊断准确率。方法对我院经病理确诊为PPL 12例患者的CT征象进行回顾性分析。结果结节或肿块型9例,其中单发病灶5例,多发病灶4例,边界清楚2例,边界均模糊7例;肺炎或肺泡型2例,病灶边界均模糊,1例出现胸腔积液,1例病变内出现点状钙化;混合型1例,出现胸腔积液。结论 PPL患者CT表现不具有特征性需联合肺活检或手术病理、免疫组织化学检查进行确诊,为临床治疗提供依据。
Objective to analyze the imaging features of primary pulmonary lymphoma in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods the CT findings of 12 patients with ppl diagnosed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results there were 9 cases of nodular or lump type,including 5 cases of single lesion,4 cases of multiple lesions,2 cases of clear boundary and 7 cases of vague boundary.Pneumonia or alveolar type,in 2 cases,the lesion margin was blurred,1 case appeared pleural effusion,and 1 case had calcification in the lesion. Mixed type,a total of 1 case,a case of pleural effusion.Conclusion the patients with ppl should be diagnosed by joint lung biopsy or surgical pathology,immunohistochemical examination,and provide basis for clinical treatment.
