北京市门头沟区传统村落保护现状及发展策略——基于对六个传统村落的调研

摘要
随着我国城镇化进程的加快,作为重要文化遗产的传统村落正逐渐走向衰落,其数量以惊人速度减少。自2012年以来,北京市共有22个村子被纳入中国传统村落名录,其中门头沟区共计12个。本研究以门头沟地区经济较为落后的6个传统村落为调查对象,对其村落概况、基础设施与公共服务设施现状、传统建筑保护情况、新建建筑情况,以及建房管理现状等进行了深入的调研,总结了门头沟区传统村落保护现状及其所面临困境,并结合相关研究,探讨了传统村落保护发展策略。
Traditional villages are important cultural heritage, but with the acceleration of urbanization in China, they are gradually declining, and their number is decreasing at an alarming rate. Since 2012, 22 villages in Beijing have been included in the list of Traditional Chinese Villages including 12 in Mentougou District. In this paper, we choose 6 traditional villages in Mentougou which are relatively backward as the samples, by conducting a suvey on the status of village profile, present infrastructure and public service facilities, protection of the traditional buildings, new buildings building management status, etc. Finally, we summarized the current situation and difficulties faced by traditional villages in Mentougou. According to related research we also discuss the methods and Strategies of the protection and development of traditional villages.
