大数据环境下公安情报工作的创新发展路径

摘要
公安情报工作是公安机关预防和打击犯罪的重要支撑和保障,高效、准确的情报工作是公安机关核心战斗力的强大"引擎"和"倍增器"。文章首先详细阐述了公安情报工作现状和面临挑战、创新发展的背景基础。在此基础上,提出公安情报工作的创新发展视角:向"数据"要"战斗力",运用系统论、整体论思想,有效整合当前人员、系统、数据等内容。公安情报工作的创新发展路径包括:树立大数据理念,构建公安大情报平台,优化公安情报工作全流程,充分发挥情报预警预测预防、辅助决策功能,为公安决策做好情报支撑。
The public security intelligence work is the important support for police organs to prevent and fight criminals. Efficient and accurate intelligence work can be the powerful engine and multiplier of police organs' core fighting capabilities. Firstly,this paper expounds the current situation, challenges, and the innovative development background of public security intelligence. On this basis,the paper puts forward the innovative development perspective of public security intelligence work,including improving combat effectiveness through data,using the ideas of system theory and holism,and effectively integrating current personnel,systems,data,and so on. Moreover,the innovative development path of public security intelligence work includes establishing the idea of big data,building the public security intelligence work platform,optimizing the entire process of public security intelligence work,giving full play to the intelligence warning,prediction,prevention and auxiliary decision-making functions,and providing sound intelligence support for public security decision-making.
