奥地利学派当代学者德索托对西方主流经济学的批判——兼对社会主义经济核算争论的回顾与评判

赫苏斯·韦尔塔·德索托(Jesús Huerta de Soto)是当代奥地利学派代表人之一,他深入批评了凯恩斯主义、货币主义和理性预期学派等主流的宏观经济学派,以及主流经济学微观分析框架中的效率标准和市场均衡。他继承和发展了奥地利学派的理论,构建起奥地利学派的宏微观分析框架,推动了奥地利学派经济学理论的体系化,其"动态效率"理论也为奥地利学派的福利经济学开辟了道路。德索托还追溯了奥地利学派的理论渊源,并总结出奥地利学派的风格特点。此外,他对社会主义经济核算争论进行了回顾与评判,证明奥地利学派才是经济理论史上那场著名辩论的胜利者,并阐明科技的发展不仅不会为计划经济提供可能,反而更强化了市场经济的重要性与地位。
Jesús Huerta de Soto is a representative of the Austrian School.He criticized forcefully the theories of Main Stream economics-Keynesianism, Monetarism, Rational Expectation as well as Pareto Optimality and the Market Equilibrium.De Soto has made an important contribution to the theories of Austrian School and built up a framework of Micro-and Macroeconomic analysis,among which his " Dynamic Efficiency" made the way for the Welfare Economics of Austrian School.He also traced back the theoretical origins of Austrian School and made a summary of its theoretical features.De Soto made a rethinking to the Debate of Socialist Economic Accounting,by which he proved the rightness of Austrian School and showed that the development of technology is not a chance for central-planned economy,but a momentum to market economy.
