摘要
智慧园区是整合了数字园区、知识园区、生态园区、创新园区等理念的新型园区,是科技园区发展的新形态,它包含全面智能的基础设施、充足优质的人力资源、多元化的投融资体系、智慧高效的园区管理、体系完善的政策环境、高新技术的产业聚集6种基本要素。其战略目标是实现自身"经济-人才-环境"全面可持续发展和城市的可持续发展;分领域目标是对战略目标的规划和细分,包括产业目标、科技目标、教育目标、文化目标、管理目标、生态目标6个方面。最后,借鉴工业生态系统的理念,设计了智慧园区的生态链架构模型。
        The smart park is a new type of park which integrates the ideas of digital park,knowledge park,ecological park and innovation park,and it's a new form of the development of the science and technology park. The smart park contains six basic elements: comprehensive intelligent infrastructure,adequate high quality human resources,diversified investment and financing system,wisdom and effective park management,perfect policy system,the accumulation of high and new technology industry. The strategic goal of the smart park is to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of its own"economic-talent-environment"and the sustainable development of the city. The sub-domain objectives of the smart park are to plan and subdivide strategic objectives,include six objectives: industrial objective,scientific and technological objective,educational objective,cultural objective,management objective and ecological objective. Finally,based on the idea of industrial ecosystem,the ecological chain architecture model of smart park is designed.
