摘要
本文建立了一种辣椒素及二氢辣椒素的制备方法。天然辣椒粉经过溶剂提取、结晶纯化得到固态辣椒素类物质,该类物质经中压制备液相单次色谱分离,得到纯度大于96%的辣椒素单体及二氢辣椒素单体。其结构进一步利用核磁、红外等检测手段进行确证。此制备方法操作简单,得到单体的纯度较高,有利于克级及以上规模生产,为辣椒素与二氢辣椒素单体的制备提供了新途径。
        A method for the preparation of capsaicin and Dihydrocapsaicin was established. Capsaicinoids were obtained by solvent extraction using chili powder as raw material and were purified by recrystallization. The capsaicin monomer and Dihydrocapsaicin monomer with purity more than 96% were obtained by single-pass liquid chromatography with medium-pressure preparation.Its structure is further confirmed by means of nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared detection. The preparation method is simple and the purity of the monomer is high,which is beneficial to the large-scale production of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin,and provides a new way for the preparation of capsaicin and Dihydrocapsaicin monomers.
