光照强度对“京红1号”蛋鸡高峰期产蛋性能及血液生化指标的影响

摘要
为研究光照强度对"京红1号"蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响,随机选取同一饲养条件下,健康、体重接近一致的100日龄"京红1号"蛋鸡540只,随机分为3组,每组设3个重复,每个重复60只,3个试验组分别采用30 lx、20 lx、10 lx光照,测定高峰期产蛋性能和血液生化指标。结果显示:(1)光照强度30 lx组产蛋率达90%日龄为149.67日龄,比光照强度20 lx组提前7.33 d(P<0.05),光照强度30 lx组和20 lx组,产蛋率达95%时的日龄无显著差异(P>0.05),但比光照强度10 lx组分别提前6.00 d和7.00 d(P<0.05);(2)在产蛋率90%和95%持续时间上,光照强度20 lx组分别为265.66 d和43.33 d,极显著高于光照强度30 lx组和光照强度10 lx组;(3)产蛋率90%时,光照强度30 lx组蛋重为53.92 g,比光照强度20 lx低2.08 g(P<0.05),比光照强度10 lx组低2.44 g(P<0.05),产蛋率95%时,光照强度30 lx组蛋重为57.80 g,比光照强度20 lx组低1.42 g(P<0.05),比光照强度10 lx组低1.94 g(P<0.05);(4)血液中GLU含量,光照强度30 lx组显著高于20 lx组和10 lx组(P<0.05),血液中Ca2+含量,光照强度30 lx组显著低于20 lx组(P<0.05),血液中P含量,光照强度30 lx组显著低于10 lx组(P<0.05),AST、ALT、ALP、TP、ALB、TCHO、TG、LDL-C含量各试验组间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。根据研究结果,推荐蛋鸡高峰期以光照强度20 lx为宜。
        In order to study the effects of light intensity on egg laying performance in Jinghong-No.1 hens, five hundred and forty healthy hens aged 100 days were randomly divided into three groups(30 lx, 20 lx, and 10 lx) with 3replication of 60 hens to measure the performance of peak laying and the blood biochemical indexes. The results showed that the day-old reaching a laying rate of 90% was 149.67 d in 30 lx group, being an earlier date of 7.33 d than that in 20 lx group(P<0.05). The day-old reaching a laying rate of 95% were not significantly different between30 lx and 20 lx group(P>0.05), but they were 6.00 d and 7.00 d ahead of that in 10 lx group, respectively(P<0.05). The continuing period with a laying rate beyond 90% and 95% in 20 lx group was 265.66 d and 43.33 d, being significantly longer than 30 lx and 10 lx(P<0.01). The egg weight of 90% laying rate in 30 lx group was 53.29 g, being lower 2.08 g than 20 lx and 1.94 g than 10 lx(P<0.05). The egg weight of 95% laying rate in 30 lx group was 57.80 g, being lower1.42 g than 20 lx group and 1.94 g than 10 lx group(P<0.05). The serum levels of GLU in 30 lx group were significantly higher than 20 lx and 10 lx(P<0.05), and Ca~(2+) in 30 lx was significantly lower than 20 lx(P<0.05), and P in 30 lx was significantly lower than 10 lx(P<0.05), but the serum of AST, ALT, ALP, TP, ALB, TCHO, TG, LAL-C had no significant difference among three experiment groups(P>0.05). According to the results, It is recommended that the peak period of laying hens should be 20 lx with light intensity.
