摘要
采用鸡胚传代致弱法得到一株可用于鸡传染性支气管炎疫苗的候选毒株,同时设定一个商品疫苗作为对照,采用荧光定量PCR法评价疫苗的免疫效果。结果表明,攻毒后7 d,两组试验鸡多数脏器均能检测到弱毒,部分脏器检测不到强毒,说明致弱毒株候选疫苗和商品疫苗对试验鸡有很好的保护作用。
        A candidate strain of avain infectious bronchitis vaccine was obtained by the method of chicken embryo transfer, and a commercial vaccine was set as the control. The immunofluorescence PCR method was used to evaluate the immune effect of the vaccine. The results showed that after 7 days of the attack, the attenuated virus could be detected in most of viscera organs in the two groups of experimental chickens, but the live virus was hardly detected in some viscera organs, which indicated that the candidate vaccine and the commercial vaccine could prevent the replication of the virulence, so they had better protective effects on the experimental chickens.
