摘要
新疆油田超稠油采出水具有高含油、高矿化度和高含硅量的特性,针对新疆油田A作业区除硅工艺在过热注汽锅炉给水硅质量浓度为90 mg/L左右时导致注汽管网严重结垢的问题,通过大量的试验研究确定采用净水除硅一体化技术去除稠油污水中的SiO2。试验表明:采用除硅一体化工艺并选用除硅剂CG-1、CG-2和助凝剂SDJ-E3来处理新疆油田A作业区稠油污水,在60 min时除硅效果最佳,可满足标准SY 5854—2012和SY 0027—1994的要求(SiO_2≤50 mg/L);在净水除硅一体化工艺中通过分段调整加药浓度可有效除硅并净化水质,采出水pH值约为8,除硅剂CG-1可加在大罐或池子内,避免了管线结垢的问题。该技术可为解决注汽管网结垢问题提供技术指导。
        The produced water of super heavy oil in Xinjiang Oilfield has characteristics of high oil content, high mineralization and high silicon content. In the A operation area in Xinjiang Oilfield,when the silicon mass concentration in the feed water of the super heated gas injection boiler is around90 mg/L,the silicon removal process will lead to serious scale formation in the gas injection pipe network. Aiming at the above problem and through a large number of experimental studies, it is determined that SiO_2 can be removed from heavy oil wastewater by using the integrated technology of water purification and silicon removal. Tests show that the integrated silicon removal technology together with the silicon removal agent CG-1, silicon removal agent CG-2 and coagulant SDJ-E3 is used to treat the heavy oil wastewater in the A operation area of Xinjiang Oilfield, and the silicon removal effect is optimal at 60 min, meeting the requirements of standards(SY 5854-2012 and SY 0027-1994) when SiO_2 is not more than 50 mg/L. By adjusting the dosing concentration in different sections in the integrated process of water purification and silicon removal,the purpose of removing silicon can be effectively achieved and the water quality can be purified,and the pH value of the water produced is about 8.The silicon-removing agent CG-1 can be added in large tanks or pools to avoid scaling in pipelines. The technology provides technical guidance for solving the scaling problem in gas injection pipe networks.
