摘要
采用数学方法对竹材的形状进行描述,并对其去内节加工过程进行参数驱动,以期提高竹材的经济价值和利用范围。首先对竹材加工工艺进行分析,在实际应用的基础上,解释现有工艺的不足,设计了竹材去内节加工设备的工艺流程并阐述其科学性和实用性;其次,采用柱坐标的形式对竹材及其去内节加工过程进行数学描述,采用微积分思想对竹材去内节加工过程所走路径进行数学表达;最后给定工作参数,对竹材去内节加工过程进行参数驱动。利用参数驱动方程,对竹材去内节加工设备的软件系统进行设计,将程序输出数值与理论计算数值进行对比分析,验证了竹材去内节加工过程参数驱动方程的正确性和精确性。通过用数学方法对竹材的形状进行描述,竹材去内节加工过程的参数驱动为竹材去内节加工设备软件系统的设计提供了基础,有望解决竹材加工困难和出材率低等问题。
        In this paper,the mathematical method was proposed to describe the shape of the bamboo,and the internal section processing was driven by parameters. This method could improve the economic value and utilization range of bamboo. Firstly,the bamboo processing technology was analyzed,and on the basis of practical application,the drawbacks of existing processes were addressed. The bamboo inner section processing equipment was designed,and its scientific merits and practicality were elaborated. Secondly,the removing process of bamboo inner section was mathematically described in a form of cylindrical coordinates. By adopting the idea of calculus,the length of the path taken by the bamboo during the inner section removing was expressed. Finally,the parameters of the bamboo inner section removing process were driven. Combined with the parameter driven equation,the software system of the processing equipment of bamboo inner section removing was designed. The measured five sets of bamboo materials parameters were input into the control program,and the numerical value was obtained. The program output tool swing angles were 62.93°,62.53°,30.85°,31.21° and 30.49°,respectively. The tool processing paths were 26.25 mm,28.59 mm,18.18 mm,20.79 mm and 25.28 mm,respectively. The ideal shape of the bamboo is a standard cylindrical shape,and the cross-section of the bamboo is circular. The circular theoretical calculation formula was applied to the processing of the bamboo to inner section. The relevant theoretical value was obtained. The swing angles of tool were60°,60°,30°,30° and 30°, respectively,and the tool processing paths were 27.13 mm,29.36 mm,18.25 mm,20.91 mm and 25.37 mm,respectively. By analyzing the error between the program output value and the theoretical value,the correctness and accuracy of the bamboo inner section removing process were verified. By using the mathematical description,the shape of the bamboo was described,and the parameter driven equation of the processing equipment for bamboo inner section removing provided a mathematical basis for the design of software system,which may promote the automation of the processing of the bamboo and solve the problems of bamboo un-efficient processing and low yield.
