摘要
单纯回收料指废塑料粉碎后直接再生为成型加工原料。分析了多层共挤吹塑中空制品的单纯回收料的再生处理的技术要素、原料特点及技术性能指标;探讨了了单纯回收料循环利用成型技术与装备的持续创新;研究了单纯回收料循环利用六层共挤吹塑燃油箱解决方案的持续创新;指出废塑料回收利用作为绿色循环经济的重要部分,必将拥有更广阔的市场。
        The waste material is simply recycled to form raw materials after being crushed. This paper analyzes the technical elements, raw material characteristics and technical performance indexes of recycled materials for multi-layer co-extrusion blow molding hollow products, probes into the continuous innovation of molding technology and equipment for recycled materials, and studies the continuous innovation of six-layer co-extrusion blow molding fuel tank solution for recycled materials. It is pointed out that the recycling of waste plastics, as an important part of green recycling economy,will have a broader market.
