摘要
提出热平衡在机车轴温分析中的应用。以DF4D型货运机车牵引电机输出端轴承为例,忽略电机体内壁面与冷却空气辐射传热、走行部传动齿轮摩擦生热、牵引电机转子轴导热等引发的温度变化,对冷却空气对流换热、轴承脂摩擦生热进行分析。从热平衡角度根据牵引电机功率、效率、冷却空气、轴承尺寸、润滑脂、对流换热系数、机车速度、轮径、齿轮传动比等相关特性参数,推导出了牵引电机输出端轴承温升表达式。改进了传统分析方法中同架温度对比的缺陷,提供了前后架温度对比分析的方法。有效指导了现场分析,预防了多起走行部恶性设备故障。
The application of heat balance in locomotive bearing temperature analysis is proposed for the first time.Taking the bearing at the output end of the traction motor of DF4 Dfreight locomotive as an example,this paper analyzes the convective heat transfer of cooling air and frictional heat generation of bearing grease,ignoring the temperature changes caused by radiation heat transfer between the inner wall of the motor and cooling air,frictional heat generation of the running gear,and heat conduction of the rotor shaft of the traction motor.From the perspective of heat balance,the formula of temperature rise for traction motor output bearing is derived according to the relevant characteristic parameters such as traction motor power,efficiency,cooling air,bearing size,grease,convection heat transfer coefficient,locomotive speed,wheel diameter,gear transmission ratio,etc.The defect of temperature comparison of the same frame in the traditional analysis method is improved,and a method of temperature comparison analysis of the front and rear frames is provided.It effectively guided the on-site analysis and prevented a number of malignant equipment failures in the running gear parts.
