基于中医传承辅助系统分析贾斌治疗咳嗽用药规律

摘要
目的:应用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),挖掘贾斌教授治疗咳嗽的用药规律。方法:采用软件的集成规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类法、互改进信息法及无监督的熵层次聚类等方法,分析贾斌教授治疗咳嗽方剂中常用药物、核心组合、组合规律和新方。结果:收集799首方剂中,共涉及278味药物,其中使用次数在400次以上的药物共15味,分别为盐知母、浙贝母、炒苦杏仁、前胡、麸炒枳壳、桔梗、甘草、茯苓、炒牛蒡子、板蓝根、连翘、桑叶、芦根、金银花、菊花。结论:贾斌教授治疗咳嗽重在治肺,应用宣肺止咳、清热化痰、补气健脾、利水渗湿等类药物,从宣肺、清肺、润肺环节出发,达到宣降肺气、降逆止咳之功效。
Objective:To explore Professor Jia Bin′s medication experience of treating cough by applying the TCM inheritance assistance system(V2.5).Methods:Using the methods of software integration rule analysis,complex system entropy clustering,mutual improvement information method and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,this paper analyzes the common medicines,core combinations,combinational rules and new ones of Professor Jia Bin′s cough prescriptions.Results:Among 799 prescriptions collected,278 are involved,of which 15 are used more than 400 times,including salty Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae),Zhebeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii),fried Kuxingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum),Qianhu(Radix Peucedani),Zhiqiao(Radix Peucedani) fried by bran,Jiegeng(Radix Platycodonis),Gancao(Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae),Fuling(Poria),fried Niubangzi(Fructus Arctii),Banlangen(Radix Isatidis),Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae),Sangye(Folium Mori),Lugen(Rhizoma Phragmitis),Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae).Professor Jia Bin often uses Mulberry Leaf and Chrysanthemum Beverage as the basic prescription for cough.Conclusion:Professor Jia Bin focuses on the treatment of cough in the lung.He uses drugs for dispersing lung qi to stop cough,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,invigorating qi and strengthening spleen,promoting urination and removing dampness.In this way,through dispersing lung qi,clearing lung heat and moistening lung,the effect of lowering adverse qi and stopping cough can be achieved.
