摘要
目的通过问卷调查了解医学本科生学习拖延现状及其影响因素,以期为改善学习拖延现状,提高医学生学习效率提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样对临床医学、中医学和公共卫生与预防医学专业一、二年级学生进行问卷调查。结果在他人决定任务中,女生在问题程度维度得分(Z=-2.173,P<0.05)和降低期望维度(Z=-3.617,P<0.01)高于男生;生源地为城市的学生拖延程度较高(Z=-2.173,P<0.05);非定向委培学生的拖延程度维度得分较高(Z=-4.081,P<0.01);中医学专业学生拖延程度维度较高(Z=7.459,P=0.024);在自我决定任务中,女生期望降低拖延程度高于男生(Z=-2.970,P=0.003);生源地为城市的学生拖延程度较高(Z=-2.673,P=0.008);非定向委培学生的拖延程度维度得分较高(Z=-5.551,P<0.01);中医学专业学生拖延程度维度较高(Z=15.854,P<0.01);是否为定向委培和学业情绪是影响医学生学习拖延的主要因素。结论医学生的学习拖延现状比较严重,主要受学业情绪和自主学习能力的影响,学业情绪越高的医学生,学习拖延程度越低。
        Objective Through questionnaire survey,we can understand the current situation of medical undergraduates' academic procrastination and its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the situation and increasing the learning efficiency of medicos.Methods A stratified cluster sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey for freshmen and sophomores in clinical medicine,TCM,and public health and preventive medicine.Results In others' decision-making tasks,girls scored higher in problem degree dimension(Z=-2.173,P<0.05)and lower expectation dimension(Z=-3.617,P<0.01)than boys;procrastination degree dimension of the students from cities,from non-directional committees,and majoring in TCM were higher,scoring(Z=-2.173,P<0.05),(Z=-4.081,P<0.01)and(Z=7.459,P=0.024)respectively.In self-determined tasks,girls' expectation of reducing procrastination was higher than boys'(Z=-2.970,P=0.003);procrastination degree dimension of the students from cities,from non-directional committees,and majoring in TCM were higher,scoring(Z=-2.673,P=0.008),(Z=-5.551,P<0.01)and(Z=15.854,P<0.01)respectively.Thus it can be seen that whether a medico is directional sponsored and his academic mood are the main factors affecting his academic procrastination.Conclusion The current situation of medicos' academic procrastination is quite serious,and it is mainly affected by academic emotion and self-learning ability,so the higher the academic emotion,the lower the degree of academic procrastination.
